Tom Levasseur — President
Tom Levasseur brings over 25 years of banking experience to ProPartners Financial. He has held several roles in the finance and crop input industries, including as a senior level executive at Rabo AgriFinance. He holds BS and MBA degrees in Finance from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI.
Rick Norton — Senior Vice President, Operations
Rick Norton received his BS degree in Agribusiness from Illinois State University after growing up on a family farm in central Illinois. He has over 25 years of experience in ag lending, most of which has been with the Farm Credit System. He has held roles in direct lending and has nearly 20 years of experience working with crop input financing.
Lee Shepard — Senior Vice President, Relationship Management
Lee Shepard grew up in his family-owned farm equipment dealership in the Central Valley of California. After receiving his BS degree in Ag Business from Fresno State University, he spent over 30 years in various roles in agricultural lending with Farm Credit Services in California, Idaho and Washington. His experience includes direct lending, handling special assets and leading the internal audit function prior to spending over 15 years in the crop input market.
Shawn Miller — Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer
Shawn Miller was born and raised on a corn, soybean and beef cattle operation in southern Minnesota where he continues to be active in the family farm. Since receiving his BS degree in Ag Business from the University of Minnesota and MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas, he has been involved in agricultural lending for more than 20 years. Shawn has held leadership positions in credit and portfolio risk management, financing producers in a wide variety of agricultural industries across the United States.
Vince Zortman — Vice President, Financial Reporting & Strategic Planning
Vince Zortman was born and raised on an Iowa farm and holds a BS degree in Agricultural Journalism from Iowa State University and an MBA from UC Davis. He has held various management roles with companies such as the Professional Farmers of America, USA Rice Federation and Busch Agricultural Resources (an Anheuser Busch company) before joining ProPartners in 2005.
