ProPartners Financial Names BJ Schaben as Senior Vice President, Relationship Management

ProPartners Financial is pleased to welcome BJ Schaben as Senior Vice President, Relationship Management, where he will lead business development, strengthen client partnerships, and support long-term growth for ag retailers, cooperatives, and manufacturers.
With extensive experience in agribusiness finance and sales management, Schaben takes a client-first approach to business development and strategic partnerships. He will focus on strengthening ProPartners’ client relationships ensuring they have the right financing programs in place to support their customers and drive long-term growth.

In this role, Schaben will focus on expanding ProPartners’ network, deepening client engagement, and refining strategic initiatives that support seed and fertilizer retailers. He will work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure efficient delivery and administration of financial solutions that align with ProPartners’ mission and long-term objectives. His leadership will play a key role in advancing ProPartners’ commitment to providing seamless, innovative finance programs that help agribusinesses remain competitive and build stronger relationships with their growers.

Schaben joins new ProPartners President Jedd Wennerberg, Senior Vice President & Chief Credit and Operations Officer Rob Vold, Senior Vice President of Finance Dan Pederson, and recently appointed Vice President of Digital Strategy & Client Success Chelsa Lien as part of ProPartners’ five-person senior leadership team.
