Born and raised on a family dairy farm in Wisconsin, Dan Pederson developed a strong work ethic and a deep understanding of agriculture from an early age. He pursued his passion for the industry by earning his BA degree in Agricultural Business from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
With over 30 years of experience in finance and agricultural lending, Dan has built a distinguished career. Since the inception of ProPartners Financial in 2001, he has held several foundational positions on his path to his current role of Vice President of Finance, showcasing his versatility and dedication to the success of the organization.
Throughout his tenure at ProPartners, Dan has implemented significant upgrades and improvements, including creating and maintaining a proprietary library of templates and programs, including reporting for Accounting, Operations, Credit, Senior Management, and dealer clients using Visual Studio, SQL, and Power BI.
Before joining ProPartners, Dan worked for a nationwide finance company, underwriting loans through a home improvement dealer network while gaining valuable experience in business operations and dealer networks.
Dan is involved in his local community of Hudson, Wisconsin, where he volunteers on Cities Credit Union board, currently serving as President. Dan is also an active member in his church volunteer efforts and a longtime parent leader of Cub Scouts and 4-H. His professional certifications include:

In his free time, Dan enjoys a variety of hobbies such as golf, fishing, hunting, hiking, skiing, swimming, biking, having bonfires, watching Green Bay Packers games, car and house maintenance, woodworking projects, gardening and landscaping, baking, and cooking.
